Since 1990 we have been specialising on retail real estate like discount markets, special retail parks, DIY centres, shopping centres and other commercial property in all parts of Germany.
We belong to the small circle of experts in this sector and consult numerous property developers and investors. We offer only objects and locations that we investigated, assessed closely and visited ourselves. We negotiated the prices and buying conditions of all our objects and verified their marketability.
These turnkey markets with long-dated hire contracts from top-tenants – main hirers are always well-known companies – are investment opportunities, situated in the most interesting locations, which were analysed and valuated positively by expansion-experts of the retail chains. They differ form other asset classes such as office buildings or pedestrian zone objects by being more resistant to the business cycles. They have long-dated lease contracts and they do not respond so strongly to economic trends.
Therefore it is not surprising that – contrary to what most of people think and lot of journalists write – they range on top of all the other assets.
